It is the mission of our company to provide centered, quality, and comprehensive care to those requiring home care services. Home health care is tailored to assist the individual and family to achieve the optimal level of health, prevent institutionalization, and provide care and support to the family. It is our mission to provide a coordinated team approach to therapeutic, rehabilitative, and supportive health care services using skilled nursing, home health aides, medical social services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and a system of referral, follow‑up, and evaluation.

Seeing the need for quality home care, we have developed our care plans to fit each client’s conditions. It is our responsibility to serve those who need home care with quality services aimed towards creating a better tomorrow as we put into action our goals and focus on the activities that bring benefits to clients. Healthpoint aims to constantly provide developmental programs for our healthcare clients through delivering operational excellence in every corner of the areas we cover. We are committed to improving the quality of health care provided in our community. We want to make our clients’ recovery easy and comfortable in an environment of dignity, respect and compassion, while remaining sensitive to their individual needs.

We believe that health care is a basic human right. It must be available, coordinated and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate. Home health care is an important part of the continuous health care system and it will be provided in the most cost‑effective way possible.

The Agency and our staff shall operate and furnish services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and disclosure and ownership information. To the best of our knowledge, based on our Quality Improvement Program and professional personnel practices, the services we provide comply with acceptable professional standards and principles.
