Rebecca Duque, President/CEO
Rebecca obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing from Mary Chiles General Hospital with supplemental nursing education from Arellano University in Manila, Philippines. Rebecca went on to receive her Master’s degree in Nursing from Arellano University. While in the Philippines, Rebecca worked as a company nurse providing health care for a company that employs 150 staff.
In the United States, Rebecca worked as a licensed vocational nurse in various fields ranging from medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, and home health care. In 2012, she received a Skin, Wound, Ostomy certification from the College of Long Term Care. Since 2014, Rebecca has been an active member of the Association of Home Care Coding & Compliance.
Rebecca’s background in home health care includes being a visiting nurse, medical coder, quality assurance, human resources, among other positions. Rebecca is fluent in English and Filipino. She is also fluent in Kapampangan, a dialect in the Philippines
Cinderela Echols, In House Counsel
Cindy graduated with both an Associate of Science and Associates of Art degrees from College of Southern Nevada. She graduated with High Honors and was on the Vice President’s List for her consistent academic excellence. She then continued to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she was on the Dean’s List. Cindy broadened her education by obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, CA. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2015.
In 2012, Cindy was recognised by Business Street Online as an outstanding business professional in Central California and became part of its 2012’s “40 under 40” list which is awarded to young rising stars in the Central Valley who have demonstrated a strong work ethic and are the leaders of today as well as tomorrow.
Prior to home health, Cindy worked as a registered nurse in a medical surgical department of one of the largest hospital systems in Las Vegas. She is well-versed in the field of home health, with experience from visiting nurse to quality assurance to organizational compliance and management as in house counsel. Cindy is proficient in English, Filipino and Mandarin-Chinese.
Dr. Tarlochan Tagore, Medical Director
Dr. Tagore brings in 40+ years of experience and is board certified in internal medicine, focusing on geriatric medicine. He graduated from Makerere University Medical School in Kampala, Uganda. He completed his clinical internship from Genesys Regional Medical Center at the St. Joseph Campus and continued his residency from John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL.
In addition to English, he also speaks multiple languages, including Hindi, Punjabi, Swahili and Urdu.
Tara Slocum, Administrator
Tara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Associates degree in Healthcare Administration. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience under her belt. Tara boasts her experience as a social services coordinator of a senior living community center, a social services director of a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center and an administrator in training at a post acute care facility where she oversaw an 80-bed skilled nursing facility with over 100 employees. She was in charge of monitoring and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. She managed the development and implementation of departmental policies and collaborated with physicians and staff.
Tara is a member of a non-profit organization called “Let’s Make a Difference” which provides for educational scholarships to students and assistance to local charity shelters such as Poverello House.
In her free time, Tara likes spending time with her nieces and nephews, taking long drives, travelling, going to the beach, or just relaxing at home watching movies. She also loves watching her daughter play college basketball.
Estelita Bantayan, Director of Patient Care Services
Menchie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She graduated from University of Santo Tomas, one of the most renowned universities in the Philippines. Menchie furthered her education by completing a training course in wound care through the Wound Care Institute (WCI) and has expertise in wound care assessment and management. Throughout her nursing career that spans over 40 years, Menchie held multiple supervisory and management positions in skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. Menchie lead multiple healthcare facilities in efficiently managing their day-to-day operations, training and mentorship programs, performance and competency appraisals and evaluations, and strict compliance with federal, state, and accreditation surveys.
Menchie is proficient in English and Filipino. In her free time, Menchie enjoys spending time with her family, listening and dancing to live music, travelling, going to the beach and strolling on the shore.
